Today on my co-worker’s computer, I discovered that the new Windows Vista Phishing Filter may conflict with Internet Explorer.
If the filter is turned on, you may not have access to the Internet through Internet Explorer. The only thing you will see is a window asking you to download the navcancl file.
To fix this problem, go to Internet Options in the Control Panel and turn then turn off the Phishing Filter and your problem is solved.
